How billing works
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
Cancel anytime
Cancel from your account or by emailing info@gexmap.com. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for when a refund applies, including the 7-day window on new annual plans.
Secure payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Price changes
If a price changes, we email you at least 30 days before your next renewal. You can cancel before the new price applies.
