By accessing or using Gexmap ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gexmap is a standalone web application that provides SPX 0DTE gamma exposure data, option flow analytics, pattern recognition tools, broker integrations (TradeStation, NinjaTrader), and access to a private Discord community. The Service is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis at the price listed on our website.

3. Not Financial Advice

Gexmap is an informational and analytical tool only. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading options, especially 0DTE, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

4. Subscription and Payment

• The Service is billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You will retain access through the end of your billing period.

5. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or login credentials with others.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share Gexmap data, tools, or content without written permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying data or algorithms of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, data, visualizations, software, and branding associated with Gexmap are the property of Gexmap and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial trading purposes.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, Gexmap makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis provided. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. You should not rely solely on Gexmap data for trading decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gexmap and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
